Hardboard (HDF)

S.S.D Global Ltd supplies export-grade hardboard (High-Density Fiberboard / HDF) manufactured by pressing wood fibers under high temperature and pressure without adhesives, producing a dense, smooth, and dimensionally stable board. Available in thicknesses from 2mm to 6mm in standard 4ft × 8ft sheets, hardboard is widely used as furniture backing, door skins, flooring underlayment, display boards, and packaging material.

Our hardboard achieves density ratings of 800 1050 kg/m³ with a smooth, glossy surface on the face and a textured mesh pattern on the reverse, ideal for applications requiring a paintable or laminatable surface. Moisture-resistant grades are available for humid climates. We supply in bundle packs of 50 100 sheets with export fumigation certification and are able to ship full 20ft and 40ft container loads at competitive FOB pricing.
