Our stone-coated roofing tiles are manufactured from a base of hot-dip galvanized steel (AZ150 Aluzinc coating), roll-formed into tile profiles including Roman tile, Shake, Milano, Shingle, and Classic — then coated with a weather-resistant base coat and embedded with natural stone chips, sealed with an acrylic top coat.
The warranty life spans 30–50 years, with resistance to high winds (up to 180 km/h), fire, hail, UV radiation, and extreme temperature cycling. Ultra-lightweight at 4.5–5 kg/m² versus 40–70 kg/m² for clay tile.
